JOB TITLE: STRATEGY PROJECT COORDINATOR 
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: GROUP EXECUTIVE, SSG
EXEMPT STATUS EXEMPT
JOB SUMMARY: The Strategy Project Coordinator supports the Strategy Project Management Team. This position ensures effective project planning, execution and reporting for client programs.  The Strategy Project Coordinator may also be called upon to provide backup support to other departments.  
Proposal Process
• Assist in the assembly and preparation proposal documents and assets 
Project & Campaign Management
• Organize & report the management of project timelines, scope and associated deliverables 
• Coordinate the management of all campaign content including: communications plan content, email communications and content databases 
• Track progress and generate bi weekly status reports on all projects to be provided back to SSG team
• Moderate campaign & programming research (i.e. gathering quotes for focus groups locations, industry research)
• Support in maintaining digital platforms (survey/data collection) as needed
Manage smaller campaigns and projects that will include all aspects of larger projects
• Perform content programming / testing on AR application
• Complete Project Burn Reports as needed and send to necessary individuals
• Proofread documents or coordinate proofing as needed 
• Provide client and attendee facing on-site support when necessary, as well as client-visibility on conference calls and emails throughout the project
Post Campaign 
• Develop debrief presentations and analytics reports provided to client post-campaign
• Keep track of all document iterations and archives final versions accordingly 
Office Responsibilities
• Create client call agendas prior to meeting and send invites to necessary participants
• Keep meeting minutes on all internal and client calls/meetings and send call recordings to team
• Research vendors, trends, tools and other services 
• Provide backup to other departments and perform other tasks as requested
• Complete and submit time sheets and expenses prior to communicated deadlines
• Special projects as assigned by the Group Executive, SSG

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft teams, and Box

HOURS:  The normal office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).  However, due to the nature and the scope of this position the days and hours may fluctuate.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  Ability to perform job duties that may include an average amount of lifting (+ or – 25lbs.), sitting, bending, stooping and standing is required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:  Heavy travel is associated with this position.  Travel for InVision related business is reimbursable at the amount allotted under state & federal guidelines.  
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  This position requires one to two years of experience in the agency space. 
HOURS:  The normal office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).  However, due to the nature and the scope of this position the days and hours may fluctuate.
